The Sabrent 1TB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 Internal SSD Extreme Performance Solid State Drive (SB-ROCKET-NVMe4-1TB) delivers all the advantages of flash disk technology with PCIe Gen4.0 x4 interface.
Based on TLC NAND Flash memory, its performance speeds can reach up to 5000 MB/s (read) and 4400 MB/s (write) when using a PCIe Gen4 motherboard.
Using a PCIe Gen3 Motherboard Speeds will reach up to 3400 MB/s (read) and 3000 MB/s (write). Power consumption is much lower than traditional hard drives, making it the best-embedded solution for new systems.
The Sabrent 1TB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 Internal SSD was designed using PCIe 4.0 which allows for speeds of up to 5000 MB/s (read) and 4400 MB/s (write), significantly faster than PCIe 3.0.
Note: In order to take advantage of these speeds, a PCIe Gen4 motherboard is REQUIRED. Otherwise, it will be a PCIe gen 3 speed at a max of 3500MB/s. When installing any NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD directly onto a PCIe Gen4 Motherboard a Heatsink is required to dissipate the heat generated by the drive's extreme speed levels to avoid thermal throttling and maximize performance.
The Sabrent 1TB Rocket Nvme PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 Internal SSD is backward compatible with PCIe 3.0. Using a Gen 3 PCIe motherboard will enable the user to reach speeds of up to 3400 MB/s (read) and 3000 MB/s (write).

Never Worked with my Alienware Aurora r10. Made the mistake of sending it to Sabrent to "fix". They held onto it for 2 weeks and sent it back untouched claiming that it worked properly. They took so long to respond and complete the process that I was well outside of the return window for Amazon. Now I'm stuck with a product I can't use because of terrible customer service and inaccurate compatibility guides.
Build quiality is amazing and performance I bought this back in 2021 and still rocking it. Is compatible with my tuf motherboard no issues

This is the one hard drive I've had that has been absolutely problem free. It's fast, efficient, and easy to install. Mine has been operating flawlessly for 3 years now with no errors.
On paper Sabrent always had the cheapest, fastest, and highest endurance drives, magically beating out even Samsung's top tier consumer grade products. In practice I've had these drives fail on me (file corruption, random disconnects, etc) long before they should've run out of spare, at least according to Sabrent's marketed TBW ratings. Fell for it 2 generations in a row.What's wild is Sabrent's drives would be a 5 star product if they were honest about the TBW rating. They are cheap and fast, but I specifically needed high endurance SSDs. Very deceptive practices and I'm confused why no one else has called them out.
