The tv is not even 2 year old yet and the screen went black , no warranty cover wowww really a scam
After 2 years it stopped working
We recently got this TV and I wanted it due to the Roku operating system. I have a 65-inch Roku TV and it works well. I was reading reviews that the operating system on most of these TVs is now Google TV and that they are much slower when turning on. This 85-inch was very easy to set up and it is working well. The picture quality is solid from different angles. I also hooked up a soundbar surround system and it was pretty easy to set up with this TV. We also use this setup for gaming and it is working well. The only thing is I was sure this did 120hz refresh for gaming but for some reason, I can't get it to work but it is still much better than my old TV which didn't have HDR. Overall we are pleased with the TV, the picture quality and the sound. We hope we get many years of service out of it. I also hope they continue to make the operating system Roku-driven as it is a clean and fast engine. Good Job TCL!
Don’t waste your money, worked for a year screen randomly went out, TCl only offers a year warranty and Amazon only offers 30 days, tv is on the wall in the man cave wasn’t bumped, nothing hit it. Nothing screen is just black upon turning it on this morning, I see it’s no long available to even purchase so that tells me all I need to know. Basically just rented a tv for a year for 1,300 to no longer work now … don’t waste your money.
The screen was cloudy and damaged on arrival. Manufacturer was weird about it and sent us a replacement but it was a refurbished one. We paid for a new one. No fix for that. And they refused for a tech to come out and fix it. Samsung is way better about fixing a broken TV and nicer about it.
