Pretty terrible build quality. Monitor cord was under the hinge and broke after roughly 2 years. HDMI port randomly loses connection. Thermals aren't great (tbf it's a laptop). Unstable OS somehow. I wouldn't buy from this company again.
Been dealing with this for a while so I never thought to write a review But this is the last straw. Had I taken it apart and seen it I'd have caught it, assembled in such a way that every single time you open it, that inside edge of the hinge cover is eating away at your monitor cable. Paired with the ridiculous overheating this laptop does even with a cooling pad it finally chopped my monitor cable to the point it no longer works. Excellent. The first time I stray away from ROG Strix, a 10+ year old laptop I've handed down twice still working mind you. To buy this gigabyte (what I thought was good at the time) don't buy.Buy a strix, Zephyrus, he'll even an Alienware. You won't have to deal with it.
