Controller not working properly

Sent it back to get a new one due to it being faulty they sent it back “fixed” I asked how do you fix a brand new controller? When it came back still didn’t work properly.

Dissapointment

I bought this as a Valentines gift for my Fiancée. She loved the design but when she inspected it for more tha 2 seconds, she was dissapointed. The grips were missing back plates, there was absolutely no batter plate, and there was a hole stabbed into the back of the controller. I will be returning and expecting a full refund, because 140 dollars for half the product is ridiculous.
