After receiving this computer I was trying to get everything set up when it would shut off after being used for only minutes. I cannot recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new PC
runs all the games you would ever want to play very good multi tasking no lag very rare if any. very silent fans and cooling system is great. radiator is small but powerful.
So got this on November 2022 and my GPU is dead, can't play game as the screen goes crazy but the good thing is since it's under warranty till November 24 I will be getting a replacement within 2 weeks, GPU just died like a few days back and I contacted support and they will be sending a new one to me.So looks like the rtx 3080 series or just the30xx series in general is problematic so don't buy any rtx 30xx series now guys, go for the 40xx series as I'm told these are much better but I am extremely disappointed that my GPU lasted only 14 months.I will be providing an update once I receive my new GPU until then that's all I have.
Gpu wouldn't allow post. Remove gpu and onboard graphics worked. Tried everything then returned still waiting on refund weeks later. Come on Amazon warehouse you can do better than sending out used computers that aren't checked to be working then not refunding customers for 30 days. Weak
So we bought this and when it arrived everything inside the computer was dislodged! It was a mess! Luckily our son is a computer science engineer so he put it all back together and made sure everything worked. Our daughter is thrilled with it now but for that price it should come in working order!
