easy to setup, a bit slow

Received the item in a timely manner. Plugged it in and downloaded a drive mirroring software and am now in the middle of doing the initial file copy (1 day, 13 hours, 9 minutes according to the pop up). The USB 3.0 interface is quite slow for purposes of copying terabytes of information at a time. Once I get the initial files copied, I think it'll be way faster thereafter. It's a good sized drive and it will mirror its sister Seagate drive. It's an usb drive so installation was easy. Just slow.

Super hard drive

HUGE hard drive. I se it to store my movie collection and my backups. Easy to install and use. I have had it for over a year and have had no issues.

Early failure

Disappointing. Bought last August, failed the next January. Computer got very slow. At some point it froze the PC. It wouldn't even reboot. It was making at lot of noise and that tipped off the problem. Removed it from the system and it booted immediately. My experience only.
