Use this for my Surface Pro
I was tired of the fan failing on my Dell docking station and sought a different way to get two external monitors attached to my laptop. I got this cable for the mini DP and a different cable for the HDMI port and my office no longer sounds like I’m sitting inside a datacenter. The connections are rock solid and the video is crystal clear. And NO FANS! Consider me a happy customer.
The cord works perfect for my 165hz monitor. It is high quality but is not overly stiff, makes cable management easier and does not put a strain on connection points. Would buy again.
My first mini port for the display. We have a new laptop and this cable works! It allows the laptop to see the Nvidia sync ready monitor.
Cable feels fairly rugged so it can handle being wound up and put away over and over again. I use this with my laptop and travel gear, so far has been reliable and I have no complaints.
