Poorly made. The left thumbstick on the first controller I received stopped functioning correctly in 1 week. Movement would continue to drift after the stick was released and directional input was laggy. I returned it and it was replaced quickly. The new controller's right bumper has now become intermittently unresponsive and spongy after about 6 months of light to moderate use. I will not purchase anything else from this manufacturer as quality control is clearly lacking.
Good controler
The item arrived in defective condition. The right bumper did not work at all. I ordered it before our new Xbox X arrived, so it was over the 30 days by the time we were able to try it out. I contacted the company through Amazon and heard nothing back, so had to go through Amazon to try to get it replaced. Still not sure if I will get a replacement or not.
